The WR Approach

The WR Approach was born from a foundational belief: purpose is not only something we consider—it is something we must live with clarity and intention.

It is built on a simple truth—clarity drives alignment, and alignment shapes how we lead, decide, and move.

When our thinking, values, and actions are aligned, everything begins to shift—our decisions become more intentional, our leadership more grounded, and our direction more clear.

The WR Approach equips leaders and professionals to think with clarity, act with integrity, and lead with purpose—integrating discipline and principle into how they navigate both responsibility and opportunity.

What “WR” Means

The WR Approach stands for Wisdom and Righteousness—two foundational pillars that shape how we think, decide, and live.

While the initials also reflect the founder, Wendy Rice, the heart of The WR Approach is not about a person—it reflects a way of life rooted in clarity, alignment, and purposeful action.

W—Wisdom

Wisdom is the pursuit of sound judgment in decision-making, leadership, and daily life.

It calls us to pause, seek truth, and move with intention rather than simply reacting to circumstances. At its deepest level, wisdom is shaped by a commitment to seek guidance beyond ourselves.

R—Righteousness

Righteousness is lived out through integrity, consistency, and the commitment to do what is right—even when it is difficult.

It is not about perfection, but about alignment—a daily decision to live and lead in a way that reflects truth, discipline, and purpose.

Together, wisdom and righteousness shape how we lead, how we serve, and how we navigate both life and leadership. For those grounded in faith, these principles are ultimately rooted in a life aligned with God’s truth and direction.

The Heart of the Work

At the center of The WR Approach is the Let’s Pray devotional series—a growing collection designed to guide readers toward deeper clarity, discipline, and intentional growth.

This work exists to build a bridge between boardrooms and prayer closets, courtrooms and classrooms, strategy and surrender—connecting the demands of everyday leadership with a deeper foundation for how we live and lead.

You don’t have to choose between faith and excellence—you can walk boldly in both.
